Business-purpose limitation
The RunMyDSCR DSCR path is limited to eligible non-owner-occupied rental or investment properties. A primary residence, second home, or personal-purpose request must not be submitted through this funnel.
Initial classification
The occupancy and purpose selected in the preliminary form are initial representations. The lender makes the final purpose, occupancy, property, and program determination after reviewing the application and supporting documents.
No automated decision
RunMyDSCR does not issue an automated approval, commitment, rate lock, or guaranteed term. The lender confirms pricing, qualifying payment, eligible rent, expenses, reserves, property value, and DSCR.
